3000 software testers are now certified by the CSTB in Canada

The Canadian Software Testing Board (CSTB), leader in the software testing certification in Canada, is proud to announce that it has certified more than 3000 software tester in Canada. These span the entire suite of certifications, comprising Foundation Level module including Agile Extension and three Advanced Level modules: Test Manager, Test Analyst and Technical Test Analyst.

ISTQB® certified software testers are being recognized as the most successful software testers in Canada because of the practical certification scheme- focuses on the software testing knowledge and skills that software testers need every day.

The CSTB was founded on January 12, 2007 offering ISTQB certification exams in English. On January 15, 2008 the CSTB introduced certification exams in French. Since then, candidates have an option to register for certification exams in either English or French.
