What do I do if I have a technical issue with my remote proctor exam?

If you have an issue, e.g. the internet disconnects, please stay calm and connect again. The proctor will guide you. If you are unable to reconnect, contact exam@isqi.org and explain the issue (please allow 12 hours for a response).
