CSTB is now offering ISTQB Foundation Level exam in French

The Canadian Software Testing Board (CSTB), leader in software testing certification in Canada, has significantly expanded certification examinations throughout Canada and is excited to announce the Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification in French language. Candidates have an option to register for CTFL certification exams in either English or French language. 

The CSTB has partnered with Kryterion to provide proctored electronic exams for the CTFL certifications in Canada in both English and French language via Kryterion Testing Centre’s. 

However, ISTQB Advanced Level exams will continue to be paper based only.

A candidate wishing to take a Foundation Level exam in either English or French can go to the Canadian Software Testing Board’s website at https://cstb.ca/exams and register for an exam and write the exam on a date and time that is convenient.

CSTB certified software testers are being recognized as the most successful software testers in Canada because the practical certification scheme focuses on the software testing knowledge and skills that software testers need every day.
In a survey by ASTQB, 92% of ISTQB certified software testers feel that certification helps to demonstrate professional competency. Equal percentages also feel that certification aids in gaining professional recognition.
